My professional journey began with a part-time job for an assisted living community. As a young waitress, I also volunteered my time to learn everything that I could from the sales team. This led to increasingly responsible roles in all areas of operations and sales. Eventually, I was promoted to Sales Director. Since then, I’ve worked as Regional Sales Director for senior living companies in California, Oklahoma, and Texas. Along the way, I received my Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) license and my certification in Gerontology and dementia care.

Ashley joins our team with over 12 years of experience in the Senior Living Industry specializing in senior communities. Her career in senior living originated from personal experience while assisting her dad with his dementia diagnosis. The path was full of roadblocks and the experience taught her how to assist other families through this process with empathy and respect.

Rachel's diverse professional portfolio encompasses working within social services for adult with disabilities, spearheading healthcare sales for clinics, and managing business development for the American Cancer Society. Rachel will play a major role in our growth into the Marin & Sonoma County areas as well as assist clients with senior living placement including all their real estate needs.

Nadia is a Senior Living Consultant, Realtor, and Gerontologist with a strong background in upscale senior living services. Nadia has a diverse background in senior care, marketing, and real estate which has shaped her into a professional who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Her dedication to helping others combined with her expertise allows her to provide invaluable support and guidance during critical life transitions.

After a 3-decade career in the pharmaceutical industry, I decided to make a switch to an industry that had been “calling me” for several years.  I wanted to stay near healthcare, but while directly serving senior clients and their families, and I knew that working in a senior-living community was where I was headed.  The satisfaction, joy and pleasure that I’ve found as a senior community sales director has been such a gift to me.  I look forward to helping many more families find the right home for their loved ones.
