In June 2022, I launched Neighborly Senior Placement as a lifelong dream. My goal was to help older San Francisco Bay Area people complete their senior living journey.

Now, after its first year of success –– and the fact that I’ve personally helped more than 1,000 seniors find their best living option over the past 20+ years –– I’m ecstatic to announce that my unique, hyper-local service has far exceeded my expectations.

Because now, what began as my personal dream has blossomed into a team of senior living consultants, realtors, and gerontologists. We now efficiently handle the daily volume of calls and email inquiries for those who need us most.

  • Senior Living Placement –– Neighborly Senior Placement has always been focused, above all, on continuing to provide guidance and advice for each of our client’s next move. This service includes asking detailed questions regarding your choice of lifestyle, your specific medical and physical care, your preferred geographic locations, and especially your budget.
  • Localized Realtors –– After our interviews, if we determine that you should need to sell your current property, we can introduce you to one of our team’s Northern California-based Realtors to help maximize its value. Our Realtors have years of experience in working with clients who have been in similar situations to yours and can offer many suggestions to help you downsize before you move.
  • High-End Moving Company –– Finally, we now have an affiliation with a local moving company that provides white glove service. Though moving can be one of life’s most stressful experiences, my colleagues can help you with a very smooth transition by providing all the packing materials and proactive services that you may need.

This was a year of growth, heartwarming moments, and serving our community. Some highlights:

  • Dozens of Families Helped: We’ve formed meaningful bonds with seniors and their families, assisting over 100 families and we anticipate helping double that number during 2024.
  • Continuous Learning: Our team stays updated on senior living industry trends.
  • Certification Achievement: One team member earned an RCFE certification.
  • New Beginnings: Two team members welcomed new babies.
  • Gratitude: We’re grateful for the trust our clients place in us.
