For the past five years, our Neighborly Senior Placement team has been proud to support Aging Matters—a community-focused event dedicated to education, resources, and connection for older adults and the families who love them. What began as a shared vision has grown into a meaningful annual gathering that continues to strengthen how our community supports aging with dignity.
Each year, we are honored to host Aging Matters at the beautiful The Alexandria in San Carlos—a welcoming space that perfectly reflects the warmth and purpose behind this event. The venue has become a second home for Aging Matters, and we couldn’t imagine holding it anywhere else.
As we look ahead to our fifth year, we’re expecting between 150 and 250 attendees—a diverse audience that includes students, nurses, social workers, community leaders, caregivers, and members of the general public. What unites every person in the room is a shared commitment to supporting our seniors.
Aging Matters exists to empower seniors and their families with practical information, trusted resources, and access to services that help older adults remain safely in their homes while maintaining a high quality of life. From expert speakers to local service providers, the event is designed to educate, inspire, and connect people across generations and professions.
