Senior living industry executive Anita Varelas has launched Neighborly Senior Placement to provide a uniquely customized approach to helping elderly clients who reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Unlike national senior placement companies, Neighborly Senior Placement is hyper-local. Mrs. Varelas, a Bay Area native, has been providing personal guidance to families in finding and selecting the senior living community that feels right for them and their loved ones.
“Starting my own company is the fulfillment of a dream,” says Mrs. Varelas. “From the very early days of my career, I realized that most referral businesses do a less than thorough service of placing seniors into their new Bay Area senior community homes. I am in a unique position to help guide loved ones and families because I’ve helped more than 1,000 older Bay Area residents find their best living option for over 20 years.”
Anita has worked as Regional Sales Director for senior living companies in California, Oklahoma, and Texas. Along the way, she received her Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) license and her certification in Gerontology and dementia care.
